We pride ourselves on the personal service we can offer to you, and we have several ways you may order from us.

You may use your VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER credit cards when ordering from us. All information remains strictly confidential and secure. We will never share your information with anyone.
We will also accept money orders or certified checks and we will ship the same day your payment arrives.
COD: Any UPS or Spee-dee Delivery COD shipments must be paid by a money order or cashier’s check. To place a COD order please phone us at 1-877-564-1204 or 1-515-564-1204
SALES TAX: On any merchandise shipped, delivered, or picked-up anywhere in the State of Iowa by anyone (even if you are not a US Citizen) we are required to collect 6% Sales Tax for the State of Iowa. Any merchandise sent via parcel services, US mail, or trucking companies to an address outside the State of Iowa is not charged sales tax.
If we are out of an item you need, you may request that we hold a backorder for that item and it will be shipped to you when we receive the merchandise from our supplier. In some cases we are able to “drop ship” direct to you from our supplier. In any case, you will NOT be charged freight on any normally stocked item that we have to backorder for you and we will get it to you as soon as possible using regular ground shipping.
The items we sell are designed to be used in professional racing applications by professional racing mechanics and drivers. Each race car is unique and we do not imply or suggest that any item we sell is suitable for your particular application. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and installer to determine the suitability of each individual product. Racing can be a dangerous venture and we assume no responsibility for the proper use, reliability, or longevity of any products we sell. We do not warranty installed items. Any warranty issues on installed items must be addressed with the manufacturer. We will be happy to assist you in finding the correct people to talk with at any of the companies whose products we sell.
Please inspect all items upon receipt to be sure there is no shipping damage. Any damage claims must be filed with the delivering carrier, but please advise us also so we may assist in any way.
Any returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. The merchandise must be in new condition with no installation marks and in original packaging. Merchandise must be properly packaged for return shipment and all return freight charges are the customers’ responsibility. Due to the fragmented market structure in this business ( ie. You can’t buy an item from us and then return it to us when the manufacturer is able to ship your sponsored product), items can be returned for store credit or exchange only. No credit will be issued to any credit card account. Absolutely no returns on special order or clearance items. You must call us for a RGA (Return Good Authorization) number before you return any item.
Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped US Postal Priority Mail, UPS ground service or Spee-Dee Delivery (in their market areas). We will ship any orders received before 6pm the SAME DAY. The exception would be when we have multiple day events at Knoxville & we have to be at the track. BUT call & see- If we’re here, we can ship !

Due to the various sizes, weights, and dollar values of the many items we sell, we found it very difficult to develop a chart for you to calculate shipping charges on your order without overcharging for shipping. We want to build a reputation of the fairest shipping in the business, SO… we’d like to try this out for a while:

*with these EXCEPTIONS- EXCLUDES: WINGS, SEATS, HEADERS, RIGHT REAR WHEELS, NERF BARS, REAR BUMPERS, QUICK CHANGES, HOODS, ARMGUARDS, FUEL TANKS &?SHELLS, SOME MOTOR OIL, &?ANYTHING UPS CLASSES AS OVERSIZE (USING THEIR SIZE/WEIGHT FORMULA).
If you live in the SPEE-DEE next day delivery area, we will ship for a flat rate of $12.95 per box with NO EXCEPTIONS!!
On the “Exception” items when shipping by UPS, we will contact you with the shipping charges before we ship the order.
